Digital transformation has a partially renewing effect on the law, as technical changes have social consequences that require new regulatory approaches. At the same time, the legal system stabilizes the process of digital transformation by referring back to familiar regulatory structures or by subjecting it to mandatory, constitutional requirements. The aim of the research area "Law and Regulation" is therefore to study the legal and regulatory consequences of digital change in business and administration.
